Clerical Assistant (Ref. CA-RSD)

3-year probationary contract
Requirements:
- (i) Level 2 or above in five subjects, including English and Chinese, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)
(ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including English and Chinese, in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) - Possession of typing skills & knowledge of major computer software including MS Office – Excel and Word
- At least one year relevant working experience
- Preferably with experience in collecting market information from various sources
- Work well within tight time limits
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- To perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, data collection and data input
- To assist in implementation of tests and research projects or any other projects, including performing outdoor duties
- To handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Terms of Appointment & Fringe Benefits
Appointment will be offered on a 3-year probationary contract. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical insurance and MPF.
